One of the newest additions to the street’s facade, the combination Dunkin’ Donuts-Baskin Robbins was built by Brigham Construction Company, Inc. in 2004. Not only known for donuts and ice cream, the store’s welcoming, custom design and accessibility are appreciated by those who visit.
Dr. Nowak’s Office
Showcasing immaculate detail in its design, this custom office building is located at 9540 Southwest Highway in Oak Lawn, Illinois.
Once it was complete, this 4,000 square foot building became the new medical office for Dr. Nowak’s practice. Brigham Construction Company, Inc. executed the design of the Donald F. Sowa Architectural Firm to create this new space for Dr. Nowak.

Showcasing remarkable attention to detail, this custom building is nestled on the south side of 143rd Street in Homer Glen, Illinois. Upon it’s completion in 2001, this 6,000 square foot prairie-style building became Dr. Barry Booth’s new office for his dental practice, Booth Orthodontics.
N. Bastistich Architects created the dream design for Brigham Construction Company, Inc. to make it a reality. Boasting top of the line finishes, the office features numerous exam rooms, an operating room, an impression room, as well as a laboratory. Plus, the design included a basement which maximized the available commercial space.
Midlothian School District
In 2002, the newly expanded Midlothian School District #143 Administration Building was built.
Staff members of this building needed more space as they spend their days planning for the future of numerous children’s educations. In 2002, the newly expanded Midlothian School District #143 Administration Building was built. Brigham Construction Company, Inc. implemented the design of the Donald F. Sowa Architectural Firm to create the custom building on Pulaski Road in Midlothian, Illinois.
With 7,000 square feet, District #143 now has ample space and a fresh environment to enhance plans and the curriculum of their students’ schools.
Interstate Bank
Placed on a dominate corner in Tinley Park, Illinois at 167th Street and Harlem Avenue, this financial institution was built in 1999. Brigham Construction Company, Inc. crafted the distinctive prairie-style building — a branch of the Interstate Bank of Oak Forest.
The design provides convenient access to customers both inside the bank’s lobby and in the surrounding area outside of the building. The end result is an aesthetically appealing bank with detailed architectural elements.
